Who we are

Undohs is run by Thomas Leeming, a sole trader trading as "Undohs" ("we", "us"). When you use Undohs, buy a membership or a pack, you are making an agreement with Thomas Leeming. You can reach us at rightaboutnothing@gmail.com.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use Undohs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Undohs

You must be an adult (of legal age where you live) to create an account or make purchases. Children may only use Undohs through a profile set up and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the child's use. Purchases are never shown to children.

The service

Undohs is a virtual pet app that rewards healthy habits like moving, eating well and resting. All health features are free, as are basic child setup, parent habit oversight and child friend approvals. Undoh Plus, Undoh Family and seasonal packs are optional and unlock cosmetic items only (styles and animations). Meal feedback, calories and nutrients are estimates for general wellbeing and are not medical or dietary advice. Talk to a health professional before making major changes to your diet or exercise.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Undohs. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass anyone (including through friend features);
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, or upload photos you don't have the right to share;
• interfere with the service's security, including spreading malware, probing for weaknesses, scraping, or overloading it;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around technical limits or paid features.

Intellectual property

We own Undohs and everything in it, including the software, characters, artwork, designs and branding. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and any items you've unlocked. Photos you send stay yours; you let us process them only to give you meal feedback.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Seasonal packs and the Welcome gift are yours to keep. See our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep Undohs running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without any implied warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if there is a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. You can stop using Undohs and delete your account at any time. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data or profits), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law, and your consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Undohs means you accept the new terms.
