Kids' safety
Last updated 9 October 2026
Undohs is made for families. Here is exactly how children are protected, in plain words.
A grown-up sets it up
- Child profiles are created by a parent with a one-time link or QR code that expires after 24 hours.
- Kids don't need an email address or password.
- Child setup and parent controls are free. No plan is needed.
Friends need a parent's OK
- A child can only become friends with someone after their parent approves it.
- There is no open chat and no messaging with strangers.
No body numbers for kids
- Kids never see calories, weight or body measurements.
- Meal photos get friendly, pet-style tips instead of numbers.
No ads, no pressure
- There are no ads anywhere in Undohs, ever.
- Kids can't buy anything. Only grown-ups can check out, and kids just use the looks their family owns.
- Pets never die. Missing a day makes them sleepy, never gone.
Data we keep
We keep only what the app needs to work: the pet, check-ins and family links. How meal photos are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
