If you're not happy with Undoh Plus, Undoh Family or a seasonal pack, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email us at rightaboutnothing@gmail.com and we'll help. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

After a refund

When a membership or pack is refunded, the items it unlocked are removed from your account. Cancelling a membership without a refund keeps your access until the end of the period you've paid for.
